PAIN!!!

haha so the day after a Century is not so fun.... its been said that for every hour of riding when doing a century you should take a day off...

Well, we are not doing that... too tough for that! haha sorta

so today the weather was beautiful and the road mostly a gradual uphill, all and all not a bad day.

Cept my saddle has been a screaming! With about 30 miles to go I almost jumped in the van to ride the rest of the day. I didn't and I am glad I chose to complete the ride. Mari and I hauled you know whats for the last 30 and made it a quick finish. It got us off our bikes (read: butts) faster and then I somehow jumped into a 36 degree river after we were done... Thanks Mari, Glenna, and Tom for the encouragement cause it felt GREAT!!!! cold but awesome!!

So, while it could have been a more comfortable ride, it was certainly a success today!
